Worthenbury Manor is approached over a gravel drive up to the front door which opens into a vestibule. One step up from the vestibule brings you into the hall, off which can be found the dining room and drawing room. Three stone steps lead up to the rear hall, and the stairs to the first floor. The bedrooms are accessed by ascending a single flight of 15 wide stairs flanked by handrails to the landing. The Oak Room is off the landing and its private bathroom has a low corner bath. Captain Rayner’s room, also off the landing, is accessed up two steps and the en-suite bathroom is entered through a door and down two steps. The original cast iron bath is very deep and can be difficult to climb out of.
